Birthday Parties are Back!
Birthdays are meant to be special—and our coaches make sure they are! Our parties are designed with two goals in mind: fun for the kids and relaxation for the parents. From start to finish, our staff takes care of everything so you can enjoy the day stress-free.
At Gym Magic, the party options are endless, with trampolines, a foam pit, climbing ropes and wall, and more! Parents love that our coaches handle the details, leaving them free to celebrate with friends and family—and return home to a clean house.

Sunday: 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, 1:00 to 2:30 PM, 3:00 to 4:30 PM, and 5:00 to 6:30 PM
Important Info
Adults are not permitted in the gym to participate in activities or use equipment.
● PAYMENT POLICY: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Parties exceeding 20 children are subject to a $60 fee for additional staff. Refund requests are subject to a fee equal to 20% of the total booking amount.
● BOOKINGS: Parties must be booked a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Gym Magic can accommodate up to two parties per time slot on a first-come, first-served basis. The first party to book a selected time slot will have the option to choose either the upstairs lobby or downstairs lobby as their party room. Each party will rotate through gym circuits during their party time followed by gifts and refreshments in their respective party area.
● WAIVERS: A completed waiver is required for each child, signed by their parent/guardian before entering the gym. Only children are permitted in the gym. Adults are not permitted in the gym to participate in activities or use equipment. Children under 3 must be accompanied on the gym floor by a parent/guardian who has completed a waiver.
● PARTY ARRIVAL, ACTIVITIES, & DURATION: Guests may arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled party start time. Party duration is 1.5 hours: 1 hour in the gym for activities and 30 minutes in the lobby for mealtime. Gym activities include games, trampolines, Bounce-House, and foam pit. Any special requests must be approved by the director in-advance. Overtime fees will apply for parties that run past the scheduled end time.
● FOOD : Gym Magic provides 6 large pizzas and 30 Capri Suns. Additional pizzas must be requested at least 1 week in advance and will be charged per pizza. Parents/guardians are welcome to bring birthday cake and optional snacks such as juice boxes, bottled water, cookies, ice cream, or chips. Please note that outside meals (e.g., burgers, enchiladas, or similar large meals) are not permitted. Mealtime will take place after gym activities, and food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the gym area. Any allergies or special accommodations must be communicated to the director in advance.
● GIFTS: All gifts will be collected and sent home with the birthday child’s family. Gifts may not be opened at Gym Magic.
