Move and grow offers a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for children ages 2-12 with diverse needs. Guided by our trained staff and supported by a parent or caregiver, children explore gymnastics through playful, semi-structured activities that build motor skills and coordination while fostering communication, social connections, creativity, and self-expression.
