
Boys Pre-Team
Boys train on all six Olympic men’s events:
1) Vault 2) High Bar 3) Pommel Horse 4) Floor 5) Rings 6) Parallel Bars. In addition, gymnasts in our boy’s gymnastics program will have experience on trampoline, tumble track, foam pit, climbing rope, and traverse rock wall which are incorporated into the workouts.
Gymnasts benefit from the physical and mental changes fostered by the sport, gaining strength, flexibility, balance and coordination plus enhancing their confidence, sense of commitment and attentiveness. The dedication and perseverance needed by all gymnasts will prepare them for success in school and throughout life.
