Yellow-Green Class

Students at the Yellow Level will begin to learn more advanced skills on all four olympic events. On Vault they will begin to learn a squat on and a dive roll. On beam they will begin to learn jumps, leaps and to maintain a higher level of balance. On bars they will begin to achieve independence and learn skills such as a back hip circle and straddle shoot dismounts. On floor they will begin to build on their handstands, cartwheels, forward and backward rolls and an introduction to leap, jumps and turns.

Students at the Green Level will begin to improve their form on the skills they have learned. With all the skills the students have learned so far, they will begin to learn to put them together to form routines for all events.
