We host birthday parties Saturdays after 2 pm and Sundays all day long. Birthday parties should be reserved two weeks or more in advance—our calendar gets booked solid so don’t delay if you’d like to party with us! You don’t have to be a Gym Magic member to have a party with us—our parties are open to everyone.

You may choose a party without food or one with pizza and drinks included. As cakes can be very special, we ask the parents to bring their own cake.  Gym Magic is happy to decorate the lobby with your child’s favorite color or characters; just let us know what they like or bring in the exact decorations you’d like us to use.

Kids love to be around their families and friends on special days like their birthdays. Although birthday party guests may drop their kids off, we recommend parents of the birthday child stay for the duration of the party.

Birthdays are special times, and our coaches know how to create a great party! We have two goals in mind: a great time for the kids and a relaxing time for the parents! We want you to enjoy your family and friends, so our coaches are in charge of everything. You can sit back and relax and let us manage everything else! And our coaches are here to make this day, of all days, a very special day for the birthday girl or boy!

At Gym Magic, we specialize in FUN! To that end, we have two giant spring-loaded floors downstairs in the main gym for kids 6 years and up plus our TumbleBug floor upstairs for kids 5 years and under. Both gyms have glassed-in observation areas for comfortable and quiet viewing – for safety, adults may not participate in gymnastics activities unless they are supervising children under the age of three.

Our coaches are USA-Gymnastics Safety Certified and trained to make parties safe and fun for everyone. Coaches provide a brief and silly warm-up, then let the partying begin!

Our Gymnastics birthday parties are for 12 children (there is a $12.50 charge for each additional child; adult’s are free, of course.)

Basic Gym Party: $150
Includes invitations, decorations, plates, cups, napkins, balloons and a group photo. Gym fun and games for an hour and a half.

Gym Pizza Party: $195
Includes Basic Party package, plus:
3 large one topping pizzas
12 drinks

Ultimate Gym Pizza Party: $225
Includes Basic Party package, plus:
3 large one topping pizzas
2 large supreme pizzas
24 drinks

Additional kids are $12.50 per child;
Additional pizzas and drinks: $12.50 per large one topping pizza
$16 per large supreme pizza
$3 per additional liter of drink

One of the most common comments we hear from our birthday parents is how  great it was to have our coaches take care of everything! Another common comment is that the parents got to RELAX – and go home to a clean house! If there’s ever a complaint, it’s wanting more time.

Our facility is unmatched in southern New Mexico:

Swim parties include one and a half hours of play time in the pool and thirty minutes for eating and opening presents. Parents can choose pool games and activities in advance or let our fun-loving coaches surprise you! Our swim parties are for 18 children (there is a $14.50 charge for each additional child, but not for adult observers).

Basic Swim Party: $225

Kids are our business, and we know how to have FUN, so let us take the kids while you enjoy an evening all to yourself!!  Enjoy a quiet dinner and movie or whatever fits your fancy because you won’t have to worry about your kids.  They’ll be having fun and making new friends in our safe, fun environment at Gym Magic.

We offer Parents’ Night Out about one Saturday night per month which we fill with games, arts and crafts, movies, traverse climbing wall, gymnastics or swimming. (We announce in advance whether the fitness activity of the night will be swimming or gymnastics.)  You can drop your kids off at 6:30 and pick them up anytime until 10:30 – please don’t be late.

Kids three years and up are welcome to attend PNO.  We group the kids by age for age-appropriate activities and keep low ratios for great supervision. (Please note: PNO participants must be potty-trained.) Gym Magic members and nonmembers are all welcome at PNO.  Members receive a discount, and early birds also get discounts, whether they’re members or not.  We have limited enrollment, so we recommend signing up as far in advance as possible.

WHAT TO WEAR

Wear comfortable shoes, socks and clothing.  Please do not bring jewelry, candy, gum or valuables.  We typically end the evening with a kid’s movie for relaxation, so the kids are ready for bed when they get home.

DINNER

We serve pizza and drinks, so don’t worry about feeding the kids before coming to PNO.  Just bring your smiles and be ready to have some FUN!!

We are so sure you are going to love what Gym Magic has to offer that we want your first time to be on us! Open Gym is a great way to be introduced to our wonderful world of children’s activities.

Gym Magic hosts Open Gym three times a week:  Tuesday & Thursday are for preschoolers and Saturday is open to all ages.

During our Pre-K Open Gym, parents accompany their children onto the main gym floor in a Parent & Child format, which allows the parents to play with their little ones as they explore our mat obstacle course, trampolines, foam pit, and more! A Gym Magic coach will be on hand to keep things safe and always fun!

During Open Gym parents are expected to be on the floor with children under five, but older students will be supervised by Gym Magic coaches.

All Open Gym sessions are open to the public. Gym Magic members pay $6 per child (adults supervising children under 5 are free) and nonmembers pay $9 per child. All participants must have a signed release form on file at the Gym Magic office and must sign in before heading to the gym floor.
