Tumbling classes are geared specifically for cheerleading. Students learn the proper technique and progression of tumbling skills they need for their high school, junior high school, elementary school, recreational or all-star cheerleading teams.

This class is designed for those athletes who want to learn to flip and improve on floor skills. The emphasis on this class is to improve on strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

Youth Tumble (12 & Under)

Our youth tumbling class is a structured class that focuses on only tumbling. This class is targeted for students 12 years and under on beginning skills all the way up to the introduction of a back handspring.

Senior Tumble (18 & Under)

This class has an emphasis on advanced skills in tumbling for our older athletes 18 & under as well as our advanced younger athletes. A strong basics is encouraged but not necessary.
