Registration Information

1. FILL OUT REGISTRATION FORM (Get form from the office or online) Registration form is located under the white REGISTRATION tab at the top of our site.
2. PAY TUITION AND ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE.
   (WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CHECKS AND CASH)

1. Visit Gym Magic or call us to find out which classes we have available for your children.
2. Found the perfect classes? Great! Complete a registration form for each child who will be enrolling. Adults in the Adult Fitness Program must also complete a registration form.
3. The registration form is double-sided. All you need to complete on side two is the release waiver—we’ll complete the rest.
4. If you’re also going to participate in an activity (for example, a Parent & Child swimming or gym class or Open Gym), you will need to complete a Parent’s release form in addition to the registration forms for your children.
5. Give the office your completed registration form(s).
6. Pay the annual registration fee for each person enrolling in a class. Registration is $35 for the first child, $25 for the second, and free for any additional children in the immediate family. Adult Fitness class annual registration fee is $25; we waive Adult Fitness registration for parents of Gym Magic members. When you pay the registration fee, you become a Gym Magic member and are eligible for discounts and services not offered to the general public.  Parents in Open Gym or in Parent & Child classes do NOT pay any fees (you pay fees for the child only). We do not require the annual registration fee for Open Gym participants.
7. Pay tuition for each person enrolling in a class. We prorate tuition based on the first date of attendance for each child. You do not need to wait for the next term to start class; we prorate tuition for the remaining classes once the term has started. We also discount siblings and reduce tuition for students attending more than one class!
8. Voila! You’re done! Our office staff will add you and your children into our computer system. You’ll only have to fill out the registration form once per year, even if you or your children add new classes or change them.
