Cheer is one of America’s fastest growing sports.
Modern cheer isn’t about being on the sidelines of
a football or basketball game—it’s about athletes
performing dance, stunts and tumbling in fast paced routines.
With many of the same benefits of gymnastics and dance, plus
an unsurpassed teamwork element, cheerleading has developed
into a challenging and exciting sport. Cheerleaders
today are disciplined, accomplished athletes!
Gym Magic offers several classes in our recreational cheer
program. Our Cheer Academy classes are open to beginning
through intermediate cheerleaders from kindergarten age on
up. Tumbling skills are also a dynamic and challenging part
of cheerleading. We provide beginning through advanced tumbling
classes for students in kindergarten through adults.
On the competitive side,
we have the first and only All Star Competitive Cheer Squads
in Las Cruces: the Senior Xtreme All Stars and the Junior
Xtreme All Stars. Both teams have won numerous competitions
at the state, regional and national levels. They’re
undefeated!
Individual school squads
can set up private classes just for their squad. Please call our office and we’ll
arrange times that work for you.
