Fun, Safe & Supervised Birthday Parties
Birthdays are special times, and our coaches know how to create a great party! We have two goals in mind: a great time for the kids and a relaxing time for the parents! You can sit back and relax and let us manage everything else! And our coaches are here to make this day, of all days, a very special day for the birthday girl or boy!
The days when pool parties were for the lucky few children with summer birthdays are gone! At Gym Magic, swim parties happen year round! We also offer our entire Gym facility to host an amazing party that includes trampolines, a foam pit, climbing roped and wall, plenty of toys and more!
One of the most common comments we hear from our birthday parents is how great it was to have our coaches take care of everything! You can sit back and enjoy your friends and family because our staff is there to handle everything else! Another common comment is that the parents got to RELAX – and go home to a clean house! If there’s ever a complaint, it’s wanting more time.

Important Info
1. Parties last 2 hrs long. Arrival time is 15 minutes prior to start of Party.
2. Parents are not included in person limits per package.
3. Children under 3 Must be accompanied by an adult on the gym floor. Adults are not allowed on the gym equipment.
4. Parties must be booked 2 Weeks in advance. If the party is scheduled less than 2 weeks in advance, the party must be paid in full at the time of booking.
5. Full payment of party is due one week prior to party.
6. You do not have to be a Gym Magic member to book a party.
7. Half down payment is required upon reservation. Deposit is non refundable.
8. Food that CAN be brought: veggie plates, juice boxes, bottles of water, cookies,chips,cake, and ice cream.
9. Food that CAN NOT be brought: Large Meals (burgers, enchiladas, pizza, etc)
10. Gym Magic will provide chairs, tables, tablecloths, napkins, cups, plates, forks, a group photo, and balloons. The decorations are basic solid colors. Parents/guardians supply the birthday cake and ice cream.
11. Multiple gym parties are scheduled at each time slot. The first party to book at a selected time slot will have the option to choose either the upstairs lobby or downstairs lobby as their party room. Each party will rotate through gym circuits during their party time (For approximately 1 hr 15 min) followed by gifts and refreshments in their respective party area.
