Water Aerobics class is offered in our state-of-the-art indoor pool. Classes range from low intensity to high intensity for a full aerobic workout!
Water Stretching
Water stretch classes focus on making joints and muscles more flexible and meet for an hour at a time. Level: Beginner to Intermediate
Lap Swimming & Water Walking
Any movement in water—even walking—is especially beneficial since water creates resistance your body must work against. Our pools are open for water walking and lap swimming during any water aerobics or water stretch class time. Level: Beginner to Advanced.
