Land Classes

If you prefer a workout on land, we have those too! Here at Gym Magic, we offer a wide variety of land classes and equipment!

Using our multi-use fitness room with free weights, balance balls, resistance bands on a floating hardwood floor you are sure to have just the work out you desire! Pilates, Pre-Pilates, and Ease Back to Fitness circuit training classes take place in our fitness room.

Gymnastics: A fully outfitted gymnastics floor with men’s and women’s apparatus used during adult gymnastics lessons.

Pre-Pilates
Pre-Pilates classes build core, upper- and lower- body strength using exercises derived from Pilates. Classes meet for one hour at a time. Level: Beginner to Intermediate

Pilates
Pilates classes are mat-based and focus on muscle flexibility and strength, targeting core and abdominal muscles especially. Level:Advanced.

Iyengar Yoga
Iyengar classes are highly structured and build stamina by holding yoga poses for long stretches of time. Yoga builds clarity of mind, strengthens the body and integrates the nervous system. Classes meet for one hour and fifteen minutes per class. Level: Beginner to Intermediate.
